Poetry Pacific is to change into a monthly publication

this is a picture of the apricot tree in the backyard of our house, taken by Liu Yu, my 72-year-old mom, who is a well experienced photographer, when she was visiting us from china in mid-2012.

we are thinking of using this as the first picture for our poetry ezine Poetry Pacific, which we have just decided to change into a monthly publication, starting from may, 2013.

symbolically, the ripening apricots stand for the poems we are waiting to pick and present as gifts to our neighbors, friends and even strangers. that's why we have chosen this picture.

this is just a trial - changming is learning from allen about how to upload a picture from our desktop.
